    Deep-dive intake, current habits, history with food and movement. We map what's working, what's draining you, and where to start.

  2. Month 2

    Rebuild

    Real habits in your real week. Plate method, fueling, movement that supports you. Messaging support between calls when things come up.

  3. Month 3

    Sustain

    Habits become your default. We troubleshoot the hard weeks, plan for travel, social events, stress — and build a rhythm you can keep without me.
