My Story

I did everything the wellness world told me to —
and it left me feeling worse.

For a long time, I believed being healthy meant eating less, exercising more, and constantly trying to fix myself. The more consumed I became by restrictive wellness habits and food obsession, the more my body started to push back — hypothyroidism, irregular periods, low energy, poor immunity, and a constant disconnect from myself.

The harder I chased the extremes, the worse I felt — physically and mentally. Eventually, I stopped fighting my body and started listening to it. Turns out, real health wasn't about doing more or eating less — it was about building lasting habits that actually worked for me and that I could sustain for life.

Now I help other women let go of the wellness rules and rebuild confidence with food, movement, and themselves.
